Approaching Mablethorpe along the A115 from Alford, keep straight on past the Primary School (on the left). Keep on past the pedestrian crossing lights near the CO-OP (on the right) When well into the Town on the High Street with the Star of the East in view on the main Pullover, turn right at the traffic lights down Victoria Road. Leicester Guesthouse is about 2,000 metres on the left. Turn in just before the Leicester Guesthouse signs.
